ENGINEER STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT (SELF-SERVICE)

Studio Location: 6828 W Belmont Ave Suite 108, Glendale, AZ

By booking and accessing the studio, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. BOOKING & TIME

  • All sessions are prepaid and time-based.

  • Your session begins and ends at your scheduled time, not arrival time.

  • Overtime is subject to additional charges and must be approved.

  • No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.

    2. ACCESS & ENTRY

  • You will receive a private access code before your session.

  • Access codes are time-restricted and expire at the end of your session.

  • Do not share your access code with anyone.

  • You are responsible for all individuals attending your session..

    3. STUDIO USE

  • This is a self-service studio. You are responsible for operating all equipment.

  • Do not unplug, rewire, or modify studio equipment.

  • Use all gear as intended and with care.

    4. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment during your session.

  • Any damages will be charged to the card on file.

  • Report any issues immediately upon arrival.

    5. GUEST POLICY

  • Maximum of 6 people including yourself allowed per session unless approved.

  • No unauthorized guests or additional people beyond the limit.

  • You are responsible for all guest behavior.

    6. CONDUCT & CLEANLINESS

  • No smoking tobacco in building, no smoking of any form in recording booth no drugs, or illegal activity inside the building.

  • Keep noise levels controlled outside the studio room.

  • Leave the studio in the same condition you found it.

  • Dispose of trash and personal items before leaving.

    7. SECURITY & MONITORING

  • Studio is monitored by video surveillance.

  • Tampering with cameras or security systems is strictly prohibited.

    8. 24/7 ACCESS POLICY

  • Extended or after-hours access is granted only to approved clients.

  • Abuse of access privileges will result in removal from the system.

    9. LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY EXIT

  • Late arrivals do not extend your session time.

  • Early exits do not qualify for refunds.

    10. LIABILITY

  • The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • You assume all responsibility for your session and use of the space.

    11. ENFORCEMENT

  • Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.

  • Future bookings may be denied for repeated violations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms above.
